Jorja Smith's One My Mind music video is a good example of an indie video that doesn't use all the trimmings and effects of that of a mainstream artist. There's no clear background to the video and instead it consists of her in a room with friends holding a microphone and performing the single. It would typically cut to a closes up shot of her friends participating with the performance e.g dancing or DJing but only occasionally cut to a new setting and even then everyone is still in the exact same costuming suggesting its still the same time and place
Shannon Saunders Rips in Your Jeans follows a similar concept with some codes and conventions of music video such as visual references to the lyrics being that the extras in the video have rips in their jeans. Other than that the video doesn't really have any relevance to the song or its lyrics and instead is purely for visual entertainment
